Molkerei Berchtesgadener Land is a dairy cooperative of 1,600 farmers in the Alpine region from Salzburg to Garmisch. Around 1 million kilograms of milk are processed here every day to produce 140 different products that are shipped to 14 European countries. Being Germany’s longest-standing organic milk processor, their focus has always been on quality, regional origin, and sustainability.
The CSB-System controls the complete dairy process chain: from order entry in the web store to raw milk entry, filling, maintenance, and end-to-end traceability.
