Instead of requesting reports or creating complex evaluations themselves, CSB users can now formulate their questions in natural language. For instance, a prompt could be as simple as: “Show me the top 5 buyers of our salami products as a chart.” Cesy interprets this request, accesses the CSB Data Warehouse, automatically prepares the appropriate analysis, and presents the results in a clearly structured text, table, or chart format.

Many CSB customers are already operating powerful data warehouse structures. However, preparing complex and ad-hoc evaluations on revenue trends or sales volumes often required the assistance of IT administrators or controllers. 

With Cesy, this intermediate step is no longer necessary. Departments and decision-makers can run analyses without needing profound ERP or SQL knowledge, and instantly get the necessary information. 

Cesy’s added value goes far beyond providing AI-powered answers to your questions. Using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), the AI assistant retrieves relevant information from business-specific documents, policies, and knowledge bases to enrich its answers.
