Rearing and Fattening Planning
Rearing and Fattening Planning is the basis for efficient, transparent, and fully documented management of all processes in livestock farming. The CSB-System helps businesses to digitally capture and centrally evaluate all stages of the process, from stall entry to fattening and marketing.
Transparent planning and control of rearing and fattening processes
CSB Rearing and Fattening Planning methodically captures, visualizes, and analyzes all relevant transactions, including stall entry, stall movements, weight control, veterinary measures, feeding, and maintenance of all animal-related traceability data (birth, origin, properties, features, etc.). Centrally stored in the CSB-System, all data is accessible in all areas.
Capacity and allocation planning for fattening stalls
The integrated fattening planning functionality provides a clearly structured view of available capacities and the current allocation. Material requirements planning identifies all fattening stalls that have free capacities on the requested stall entry date. Planning considers quarantine periods, the maximum number of animals per stall, and planned stall entries. The results are presented in an organized summary.
Complete integration into Procurement and Sales
Planned stall entries are instantly made available in related processes. In Procurement, for example, this is the basis for ordering animals for fattening as well as feed. This ensures a deep integration of planning, procurement, and implementation in the operations while ensuring a continuous information flow.
Cost and revenue calculation on batch or animal level
All costs incurred are optionally allocated to batches or individual animals. This enables differentiated cost accounting and detailed reporting. In addition, the integrated yield calculation function supports informed business decisions throughout all phases of rearing and fattening.
