You can easily manage subsidiary orders and returns online, while the portal automatically considers assortments and current inventory levels. Managing your locations is facilitated by the Portal’s Performance Reporting feature.
CSB HR Portal
The CSB HR Portal is a web-based personnel portal, providing 24/7 Employee Self Services to your staff. It allows you to handle central HR processes quickly and easily online – from time reporting to vacation or sick leave requests, checking posting data, and maintaining personal master data.
CSB Tour Driver Portal
With the CSB Tour Driver Portal, drivers can manage routes and delivery orders on their mobile devices. They can view and edit route data, reliably document delivery orders including returns, and register empties in a quick and easy manner. In addition, the system automatically records GPS data (including reasons for stopping), captures temperature data via Bluetooth, and seamlessly integrates third-party navigation systems as needed.

The CSB Stocktaking App enables mobile stocktaking directly at the storage position. The CSB Quality App supports the mobile transformation of quality assurance processes at the shop floor, taking your test procedures directly into your production departments. Test results can be accessed and entered quickly and easily based on pre-defined spot check criteria. At the same time, the app helps you to standardize control processes for different types of spot checks. This efficiently ensures consistent quality levels in your operations.

Yes. The solutions have been designed to process entries (for example, orders, returns, stocktaking line items, delivery notes, malfunction notifications, test results, HR data, returns of reusables) directly in the CSB-System.
Entries are typically secured by mandatory fields, plausibility checks, and process logics. If something is not right, the user will get a message, allowing targeted corrections to be made and postings to remain consistent.
Access is role- and permission-based. In this way, users can only see the contents and functions they need for their role. This is particularly important for sensitive areas such as HR as well as posting-relevant inventory processes, route management, quality assurance, or maintenance.
