Centralized order entry and order management

Customer orders are centrally entered, managed, and tracked in the CSB-System. Relevant data like items, quantities, prices, delivery dates, and customer-specific requirements is consistently available throughout the system. This is the basis for further process control. 

Integration into Sales, Production, and Logistics

Order Management is completely integrated with related processes. Orders are incorporated into Production Planning, Picking, Shipping, and Billing. Changes of quantities, dates, or priorities are automatically considered and updated in all processes. 

Transparency of order status and progress

You can track the status of an order at any given time – from entry to processing and shipping. Deliveries, partial quantities, backlogs, or complaints are mapped methodically to support reliable communication with customers. 

Supporting multiple sales channels

Order Management supports all sales channels, including classic customer orders, deliveries to subsidiaries, or integration of B2B portals and web solutions. Order data is consistently processed and centrally controlled, regardless of the channel via which it is received.

Basis for statements and evaluations

Information related to orders is available for billing, accounting, and evaluations. This provides a comprehensive overview of sales, delivery performance, and order processing.
