Mobile ERP-MERP
M-ERP extends the CSB-System with mobile, process-driven applications for Production, Inventory, and Logistics. It ensures that ERP functions are available exactly where the processes take place – in Goods Receiving, at the warehouse, in production, or during shipping. This ensures an uninterrupted flow of information, and process feedback is transmitted to the CSB-System in real time.
Mobile ERP processes for operational areas
CSB M-ERP supports standardized mobile processes, including goods receiving, inventory movements, stocktaking, picking, and production. The mobile applications access the central CSB-System database, supplying context-based information on information that is relevant to the process.
Direct integration into planning and control
Planning data from Production Planning and Control can be transferred to M-ERP. In Production, this allows you to use mobile devices to generate and start batches and submit feedback. Feedback from the shop floor is considered in planning, inventory levels, and evaluations.
Real-time data capture
With M-ERP, you can capture quantities, times, status messages, and postings directly in the process. The data is made available in the CSB-System in real time, building a solid foundation for transparency, control, and post-calculation.
Supporting shop-floor and inventory processes
CSB M-ERP has been designed for use in production and inventory environments. Combined with industrial hardware like the CSB Rack or mobile devices, it ensures ergonomic operation in rugged use conditions.
Integrated into the overall CSB-System
M-ERP is completely integrated into the CSB-System. It supplements areas such as Production Planning and Control, MES, Inventory, Quality Assurance, and Traceability, and it uses the same central database (“Single Source of Truth”).
