You will obtain fundamental knowledge of the data flow in purchasing and sales. You will be able to comply with food law regulations in terms of the traceability of the flow of goods within your business and therefore satisfy your corporate due diligence obligations. The flow of goods throughout your business becomes transparent and product quality reproducible. The knowledge acquired will enable you to handle crises competently and to minimize costs. You will learn to utilize a scalable solution that caters to all requirements of the value chain, thus enabling simple, cross-level communication for traceability data.

You have advanced knowledge in the core areas of procurement, warehouse, sales, production and GPM of the CSB-System. You should have attended at least the following training courses:
