You aim to efficiently manage your sales organization by transparently controlling your order handling processes in the CSB-System – from order entry to billing and price evaluations.
You also wish to streamline the administration of integration elements (addresses, items, conditions) and specific sales data (for example, price management or customer conditions) as the smallest building blocks in the sales organization. Data redundancy should be prevented, while customer-specific data can be incorporated.
You will be able to use the CSB-System functions in practice: from order entry to order statements. You can define the master data structure, enter and manage this data, create customer documents, and run price evaluations. You can enter returns and integrate them into the process. Moreover, an overview is provided of how to use information from other business areas in Sales.
CSB requirements: Course 10023 “Basics of the CSB-System (L1)”. Additionally, the course 10050 “Inventory Management (L1)” is recommended.
