This course gives a comprehensive introduction to the creation and use of evaluations in the CSB-System, in particular, using SSM criteria (Sort and Selection Manager). This course is intended for ERP users aiming to efficiently create and adjust evaluations and to integrate them into their business processes.
After completing this course, you will be able to
- Use SSM criteria
- Create and manage evaluations independently
- Use functionalities within the analysis tools in a targeted manner
