You want to familiarize yourself with the advanced functions in the Sales area of the CSB-System to optimize your sales processes. In addition, you would like to establish effective reporting based on the sales and order analysis of the CSB-System.
You will be able to map advanced sales processes to the CSB-System, and to manage and visualize reusable packaging. You will also gain insight into special use cases, for example, the automatic generation of order line items. Additionally, you will get an introduction of various tools for order entry and order controlling and understand the functionality.
You know the 101 of using the CSB-System (see also the courses “Basics” and “Administration of the CSB-System”, level 1). You attended the course “Sales: from order entry to billing” (level 1), and you have comprehensive knowledge in the Sales area.
