You want to familiarize yourself with the advanced functions of quality assurance in the CSB-System, with focus on “Quality Assurance in Production”, so you will be able to efficiently support the processes required for quality assurance.
You will learn how to use the advanced Quality Management functions, such as work lists, sending of automated emails and attaching QM documents, for more efficiency in Quality Assurance. Based on a setup example in the production area, you will find out how to test your semi-finished and finished products. Automatic inventory releases and blocks can be triggered in accordance with the entered test results. You will learn more about the evaluation of the acquired data and about the display of QA data in the inventory. In addition, the options for lab management in the CSB-System will be introduced.
You completed the course “Quality Assurance: Planning and implementation of quality controls and associated evaluations” (level 1), or you have advanced knowledge in the field of quality assurance in the CSB-System.
