The CSB Eyedentifier is an AI-powered image recognition system. It automatically identifies raw materials and products, for example, in goods receiving, at the cutting line exit, during production, and in packaging processes.
The CSB Eyedentifier and the CSB-System communicate continuously. The CSB-System sends information to the AI system, which returns identification data for direct processing and documentation.
This process integration enables planning-based product matching. Visual product features are combined with order, customer, and process information, while cutting lists, production orders, and crate origin data provide the relevant details. This ensures reliable identification of products that have the same visual features but different properties, such as organic and conventional products.
In manual mode, the CSB Eyedentifier captures the images while the operator labels the product. These inputs are then combined to build the training dataset.
In semi-automatic mode, the CSB Eyedentifier identifies the product and presents its suggestion to the operator for confirmation. The combined input determines the recognition rate and, as a result, the quality of the trained AI model.
In automatic mode, the Eyedentifier identifies the product automatically. The result is returned to the CSB-System for immediate processing and documentation.
