ERP Consultant (m/f/d) Vienna / Plovdiv / Remote

What you can expect

• Process design: You will lead the implementation and rollout of our CSB ERP system and support our customers in designing efficient business processes – remotely or on site, as required. In this role, you will work closely with international teams, with particular focus on the Bulgarian market.
• Consulting & inspiration: Drawing on your expertise, you will provide process and organizational consulting, analyze existing workflows, and develop tailored, forward-looking solutions together with our customers. You will also help them with system adjustments, updates, and the ongoing development of their ERP environment.
• Tailored solutions, not one-size-fits-all: You will familiarize yourself with customer-specific requirements, think outside the box of existing processes, and contribute your own ideas. Your goal: create smart future-oriented process chains and deliver long-term value for our customers.

• Structured onboarding in Germany: Your onboarding and the initial training on our CSB ERP system will take place at our head office in Germany (Geilenkirchen). During this time, we will provide accommodation in our company apartments. In addition, the CSB-College will give you an in-depth introduction to our system, modules, and applications.

• Flexible work: This is a 100% remote role, and you can work from anywhere in Bulgaria, with project-related travel to customer sites as needed.

Your qualifications

• Professional background: You have a qualification in business, IT, engineering, or a similar field. Relevant industry expertise is an advantage. Most importantly, you are committed to ERP consulting and business processes.
• Experience and system expertise: Ideally, you have some experience in ERP, process, or organizational consulting, or in working with ERP systems.
• Analytical thinking & methodological skills: You quickly grasp complex situations and develop structured, practical solutions.
• Service and customer orientation: You believe that your customers’ success is paramount – whether you are working remotely or on site.
• Strong communication skills & initiative: You are confident, work independently, and enjoy being part of a team. You bring commitment, a strong sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for challenging projects.
• Language skills: You are proficient in German or English, as this is essential for communication with our head office, system training, and international projects. In addition, you are fluent in Bulgarian, so you have adequate skills for effective negotiations, consulting, and customer support. You communicate complex topics clearly and tailor your message to your audience, whether remotely or in person.
• Willingness to travel: As part of project work, you are willing to support customers on site when needed.
