For the further expansion of our team in business unit Projects, Consulting and Services at our office in Lleida, we are looking for an Junior ERP Consultant.
Start date is as soon as possible.

- Strategic thinking: You will gain insight into the business processes of our customers and recommend actions for their day-to-day routines.
- Shaping the processes: Bases on the solutions and concepts you have developed, you will manage the implementation of our ERP solution to optimize the (supply chain management) processes of our customers and provide advice.
- Inspiring: As a digitalization expert, you will provide process and organization consulting to our customers. With enthusiasm for their process and product worlds, you will help them to continuously improve.
- Innovating, not imitating: Reinventing the wheel is not your style. You prefer to dig into individual topics and come up with suggestions our customers haven´t thought of.

Your qualification
- Education: Having a commercial or technical qualification, a corresponding university degree (for example, in (business) information management or economics) or a comparable qualification, you will quickly be up to speed. What matters most is that you are a tech enthusiast and you´d really love to do this job.
- Relevant work experience: You have experience in a similar job and you are familiar with the use of ERP systems in the process industry. Ideally, you also have knowledge in the handling of production and factory processes.
- "Interpreter" qualities: Together with your customers, you will develop groundbreaking digitalization solutions and roll them out in close coordination with our development and support teams.
- Strong service mindset and willingness to travel: Your customers´ success comes first for you. Your are ready to provide on-site support and to travel for your projects.
- Effective communication skills: Since you have good communication and interpersonal skills and a self-confident personality, you can offer optimum advice to our customers in English, and optionally in German.
- Competences and methodical skills: You easily understand a situation and you are able to develop a suitable solution.
- Motivation and commitment: You successfully work on your own and even more so in a team. Your commitment and your independent and target-oriented approach are integral to your working style.
