Welcome to 17 new apprentices at CSB

CSB-System SE welcomes 17 new apprentices. For our newcomers, this is the start of an exciting time as they train to be industrial management assistants, digitalization management assistants, and IT specialists. During the first days of their vocational education, they get to know our company, followed by the onboarding in their respective departments. The prospects could hardly be better for our new recruits: CSB is a leading software company with a staff of around 600 people. As a successful digitalization partner for the process industry around the globe, CSB is active in 50 countries – which also opens up the way into an international career.

Our company sets great store by continuing education beyond the apprenticeship program. All employees who aim to develop their careers are given the opportunity for further qualification with internal and external courses, including a cooperative study program. At the CSB-Campus, we offer study programs for business information management and business administration in cooperation with Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln. CSB is always looking out for skilled employees! Right now, we are looking for experienced consultants, developers and sales experts as well as trainees.
