The Austrian delicatessen specialist Wojnar‘s Wiener Leckerbissen Delikatessenerzeugung GmbH employs ca. 280 people and generates a turnover of over 55 million euros per year with its extensive product range. Daniela Wojnar, who is managing the company together with her sisters Susanne and Nina Wojnar, formulates the strengths of the Viennabased company as follows: “We are a modern family business based on traditional values and have been producing top-quality delicacies for 75 years. We have been able to establish ourselves as market leader for refrigerated fresh delicatessen in Austria.“
Process Optimization with the CSB-System
For many years, Wojnar’s has been relying on the industry-specific ERP software by CSB-System AG to improve the efficiency of its business processes. This software solution has been designed to specifically meet the requirements of the food industry. Wojnar’s has, for example, installed the integrated module for advanced production scheduling and control (APS) in order to optimize resources, to ensure availability of raw materials and finished products and to simplify production processes for its ca. 800 different products.
Time and Location-Independent Access with M-ERP®
At Wojnar’s, the raw materials are directly recorded in the CSB-System when they arrive at goods receiving. The installed CSB-Racks record and process the data online and in real-time, avoiding any double data capture and redundant data management. Online and real-time processing of the data in the CSB-System ensures up-to-date and secure information as well as optimized processes. Today, the managers at Wojnar’s rely on the time and locationindependent access to the CSB-System.
”By utilizing the CSB-System, we are able to
optimize our business processes considerably and profit from more than 30 years of industry experience that our reliable IT partner has to offer.”
