Document Management in the CSB-System
The CSB Document Management System meets all technological and legal requirements for electronic archiving of information. The system automatically stores all created receipts – without any complex and cost-intensive interfaces. Archiving runs directly in the background of the user processes. The system centrally prepares all data, transfers them to the archive and simultaneously logs the archiving processes. In order to assure seamless traceability, amongst others, the system also stores all documents of the supply chain, such as delivery notes and invoices of vendors and customers, QM certificates, test record logs, production reports or inventory movement logs. Access to the archived documents on legally compliant media is available at any time. Furthermore, the integrated certification management enables you to reliably meet all requirements of the most important certification standards. Documents from external office programs are also archived quickly and easily by CSB-System's DMS. Every external program with save and print functions is integrated without the need for adjustments – easily and in a fully automated way.
